- Office Support & Customer Service Experience (Required)
- Well Versed with Microsoft Office (Required)
- Wealth Management & Financial Planning Firm Experience (Preferred)
- Capable of Effectively Handling Multiple Projects Simultaneously
- Persistency in following a task from start to finish

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client experience in person, via phone, or email
- Accurate data input & maintenance in CRM
- Prepare, review, & submit client service requests
- Assist clients with account maintenance requests
- General office and administrative responsibilities
- Assist with special projects, as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
