What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Customization Technician position at Planned Growth?
Planned
Growth is a full-service digital marketing and business software agency located in Sunrise, FL. We take pride in our positive and healthy team culture and are looking for a self-driven individual to join our Business Software team. Previous Zoho experience is preferred, but not required if experienced
in similar CRMs, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or others.
In
addition to Zoho CRM, the candidate hired will be responsible for
implementing and/or customizing a full array of Zoho apps for our
clients, including but not limited to Zoho Desk, Projects, Books,
Bookings, Analytics, Recruit or others. Knowledge of Zoho's
proprietary coding, Deluge, would be a huge plus.
This
position can be remote, work from our office or a combination of both.
The
ideal candidate will need to possess Planned Growth's 5 Core

Requirements
- CRM implementation and/or customization experience
- Understanding of Custom Functions
- Experience creating and implementing automated blueprints and workflows
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to implement, test and document your work
- Knowledge of API's a plus
- Self-Started
- Teachable
- Available 20 to 40 hours per week
