About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reproductive Health Advocate and Community Leader to join our team as the Executive Director and Chief of External Affairs. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our organization's government relations, advocacy, and community engagement efforts in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

- Led government relations and advocacy efforts, developing and implementing strategic plans to advance our organization's goals and objectives.
- Maintained relationships with elected officials, serving as the primary spokesperson to legislators and coalition partners for Planned Parenthood Action Oregon member affiliates.
- Collaborated with executive, clinical, operational, and financial leadership to develop and advocate policy positions and execute legislative and regulatory strategies.
- Recruited, onboarded, and supervised PPAO/PPCW shared-staff, including #5-15 people.
