Director of Care Delivery - Remote

Job Summary : Under immediate supervision of the Senior Director of Health Services, the Director of Care Delivery performs a wide variety of functions. This individual will provide oversight and leadership to Senior Health Center Managers and the Senior Manager of Virtual Care who support health centers and virtual clinics within assigned neighborhoods, assist in development and implementation of programs and process improvements, act as liaison between Care Delivery Leadership and administrative staff, participate in a team approach to patient care and work with others to achieve standardization for optimal performance, while creating efficiencies to achieve productivity standards, an elevated employee and patient experience, and exceptional customer service. Serves as a team member working with Health Services Leadership and in direct partnership with Director of Patient Engagement to develop, implement and monitor programs, customer service, efficiency, productivity, quality, and compliance. The Director of Care Delivery is an advocate in implementing our mission "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all." They may perform other related duties as assigned.
