Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Associate to join us as a full-time (37.5 per week) Development Operations Data Coordinator.
SUMMARY
The Development Operations Data Coordinator serves as the database manager for the Development Team's databases: Raiser's Edge and Every Action. They answer data-related requests and provide data analysis to the Development Team. They ensure the data in Raiser's Edge is of the highest possible quality and accuracy. This position also conducts prospect research on individuals and institutional donors, as well as providing backup gifts entry. This position reports to the Director of Development Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Completes regular audits of RE NXT data with the goal of improving and maintaining data hygiene. Designs additional audit queries, as needed.
- Migrates appropriate donor data between Every Action and Raiser's Edge. Makes improvements to the data migration process as needed.
- Partners with Prospect Development Analyst to identify potential mid-level, major donor, and institutional prospects based on PPGOH criteria and independent judgment and analysis.
- Works with the Development team to provide direct mailing lists, email communication lists, as well as reporting and analysis on the performance of gift appeals.
- Provides backup gift entry support to the Gift Administration Analyst during times of year with high gift volume or when the Gift Administration Analyst is out of the office.
- Ensures compliance with IRS regulations and existing PPGOH gift entry policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with the Marcom, Finance, and PPAO teams as needed to provide reporting, lists, data analysis, and other Development-related needs.
- Assists with on-site events, as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- At least 3 years of database experience within a fundraising environment
- Raiser's Edge or Raiser's Edge NXT experience preferred
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Word and Excel

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
