Position Salary Range : $ 25.28 / hour - $ 30.19 / hour
Starting Pay : Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for this position is $25.28 / hour - $27.73 / hour
Position Type : Part Time, non-exempt
Remote vs. On-site : 80% on-site for programming; 20% remote
- Driver's License Required
Schedule : Part Time, 20 hours per week
Monday : 10am - 2pm
Tuesday : 8am - 4pm
Wednesday : 8am - 4pm
The Objective : You will provide sexual health education and outreach to the community and / or priority communities (e.g., people with intellectual disabilities)
Success : You will know you are successful when your learners leave your sessions having understood your learning objectives, know of available resources to get more information, and make informed decisions about their sexual health.
Snapshot : Your days will consist of in-person and virtual group and 1 : 1 facilitation of various sexual health topics for a variety of audience levels. You will work flexible hours with occasional weekends and evenings. You will travel locally within our region and nationally occasionally.
Qualifications : You are comfortable discussing sexuality and delivering curricula. You are comfortable in different communities, skilled at facilitating groups of various sizes and makeups, and consistently communicate ethically and effectively. You are organized, flexible, and have basic computer skills. You have a high school diploma, GED, or come to us with equivalent experience. You may be bi- or multi-lingual.

Deliver Outstanding Sexual Health Education : The core of your job is teaching sexual health curricula and ensuring others have access to the learning and empowerment it offers. You use data to monitor progress and measure success, learn from what works and what could be improved, and look for ways to increase reach. To do this, you will :

Abortion Care : We all work in abortion care, whether it is referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc. In this role, you will be providing education and resources that include information about abortion services.
