Chief Executive Officer

Planned Parenthood Southeast Inc
Atlanta, GA Full Time
POSTED ON 2/8/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/8/2025

First and foremost, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PPSE must demonstrate passion for the PPSE mission. This is a critical and exciting time for PPSE, as the CEO will have an opportunity to lead an organization through necessary transformation. The CEO must also have the vision, strength, insight, and fortitude to lead PPSE through perhaps its most difficult challenge : the tumultuous political environments in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi that dramatically restrict or prohibit the organization from providing abortion services. Part of the CEO's responsibility will be envisioning and establishing, in conjunction with the Board, a new business model and vision for the organization that will include identifying alternative service lines and revenue streams to generate the necessary financial resources for the affiliate. The CEO will also work with the Board and staff to ensure that the delivery of services and initiatives are developed and integrated through an equity lens. It will be imperative that the CEO be inspiring as the PPSE spokesperson to gain financial and advocacy partners. The new CEO must maintain clear, honest, and consistent communication with the board, staff and key partners regarding operational challenges, opportunities, changes and successes.
