POSITION : External Affairs Administrative Assistant RESPONSIBLE TO : Manager of the Office of the CEO REMOTE VS. ON-SITE : 80% remote / 20% on-site (one a day a week in the office) SCHEDULE : hours / week PAY RANGE : $ - $ / hour Starting Pay Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for this position is $ hour - $ hourNon- Exempt Summary : This position will support and manage the administrative success of the Chief External Affairs Officer (CEAO) . The role will include providing administrative support for the Planned Parenthood Rocky Mountain Action Fund and its committees, meeting management of logistics, collecting and compiling from various sources meeting materials, recordkeeping and electronic file management, creating presentations and distributing meeting materials, and calendar management. Success : You will know you are successful when your teams are supported with logistics and administrative tasks are completed in an efficient, timely, and effective manner. Snapshot : Most days will be spent virtually on a computer managing electronic documents, creating systems to organize information, meeting management of logistics, event planning and coordination, recordkeeping, creating presentations and distributing meeting materials, and calendar management. Some of your time will be spent participating in virtual and in-person meetings in Denver, CO.
Qualifications : You are able to anticipate needs of senior leadership members. As a tech savvy, discrete, trustworthy, and highly organized person with a proven track record of tracking and staying on top of tasks, you are the champion of deadlines and details for others. You have at least 1 year of experience managing logistical and administrative projects through completion. Multitasking is second nature to you, and you are able to work under pressure, juggle competing priorities, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. You have a demonstrated ability to adapt to change, learn new things, and are open to feedback and are eager to improve. You are detail-oriented with the ability to notice and fix errors that others might overlook. You are comfortable interacting with people in high level positions on a daily basis and are able to attend meetings before and after business hours. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability. You are someone who can see 5 steps ahead of what might be needed and plans ahead.

Abortion Care : We all work in abortion care, whether it is referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc. In this role, you will be preparing materials, arranging logistics, and taking minutes that will include references and discussion about the provision of abortion care
