- Schedule subject to change based on operational needs Health Center Schedule : Monday : 8am - 6pm Tuesday : 9am - 7pm Wednesday : 9am - 6pm Thursday : 9am - 7pm Friday : 8am - 6pm Saturday : 9am - 3pm Sunday : Closed Snapshot : In this role, you will serve as the Health Center Manager overseeing a team of clinicians, health center assistants, and assistant manager(s). The health center supports patient services that deal with sexual health, reproductive health, and abortion services. You will be hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews with fellow staff. You will also be responsible for facility management, compliance protocols, assisting in coordinating patient care, responding to patient complaints, managing productivity goals, and implementing various initiatives (such as rolling out new services). Monitoring, meeting, and exceeding Key Performance Indicators will be a key aspect of this role, as well as continuously identifying and implementing Productivity and Efficiency strategies. Qualifications :

Monitors health center flow to ensure quality patient care, timely appointments, minimize flow busters, and reduce staff burnoutMonitors and intervenes to improve performance indicators and benchmarksMonitors regulatory compliance with regards to Laboratory, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, Minor Abuse Reporting, pharmacy etc.Manages appointment templates to achieve access and budget goals.Markets and promotes health centerCoordinates incident reportingAssesses facility needs and coordinates cleanliness, maintenance, and improvement.Liaises with local law enforcementMonitors facility compliance with city building / business requirementsManages medical records archiving and destruction in coordination with medical recordsHandles and tracks customer complaintsOrders and receives supplies for health centerPrepares regular financial reports for submission to accountingIntervenes and deescalates in situations of upsetSupport volunteer programmingMaintains health center security systemPerforms other duties as assigned.Participates in abortion services (participation can include referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc.)Essential Supervisory Functions
