What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wealth Management Advisor position at Planning Alliance?
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Wealth Management Advisor. This is a full time, Remote position with offices located in Boynton Beach, FL, Shrewsbury and Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This Position offers a sign on bonus for the right candidate.
What you’ll be doing…
· Assist Director of Investments in driving overall firm growth and health of wealth management revenue across all business lines.
· Identify prospects and opportunities in existing book of business.
· Support firm sales growth by partnering with advisors for an enhanced client experience.
· Work in conjunction with Director of Investments to ensure the firm is up to date with Park Ave Securities Platform.
· Develop new business relationships with firm’s target market through community involvement, professional networks, and personal networks.
· Achieve required personal production core requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
· Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
· You are a self‐motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
· You have a minimum of five years of Wealth Management and Financial Planning experience.
· You are currently managing a personal book of business with a minimum of 50 households.
· Life and Health Insurance licensed.
· Series 7 and 66 licensed.
· You have working knowledge of capital markets, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
