Not only will you be hands on delivering design and town planning, but you will also be leading a small team of Planners in this boutique firm that matches it with the big players in the sector. You will report directly to the Director of this very well regarded company with an enviable reputation built over decades of quality delivery.
This is a senior role focused on leading a team to deliver urban development, residential land assembly, detailed urban design, building design and visualisation services.
An incredible opportunity also exists for the right person to attain ownership over time, if this is of interest.
Key Functions
- Deliver expert advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management.
- Grow client relationships by building trust, providing quality advice, crafting proposals tailored to client needs, and effectively managing expectations.
- Deliver advanced statutory and strategic planning advice relating to land use, development capability, master plans, due diligence assessments and the approval process.
- Manage a small team of Town Planners and Urban Designers through strong service delivery and project management.
- With your Director's support, build your own professional brand in Western Australia.
- Significant experience in town planning or urban design (preferably within Australia).
- Experience working with local and state government departments, other relevant agencies, private industry clients and technical consultants.
- Strong experience working in private practice.
