- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Oversee accounts receivable - making phone calls, answering questions and assisting with invoices and statements.
- Oversee accounts payable - ensuring payables are entered into bill.com properly.
- Manage human resources - updating PTO, elections and renewals, update company calendar.
- Miscellaneous - new vendor forms, contract forms, credit references.
- Assist with system issues
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Accounting knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
