About The Role
- Planstin Administration is seeking a motivated and self-starting individual to join our sales team on a full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in management and gain hands-on experience in sales training, process management, CRM management, and quality control within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager, optimizing lead management processes, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently.
- Assist in coaching and training the Appointment Setter and Sales teams.
- Conduct role-playing exercises to improve call performance and confidence.
- Help refine and update sales scripts based on team feedback and performance.
- Organize and maintain CRM and lead databases for better efficiency.
- Track call metrics, lead status, and report performance improvements.
- Document call scripts, objections, and best practices for ongoing training.
- Monitor appointment-setting calls and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing process improvements for higher conversion rates.
- Gather insights from customer interactions to refine sales approaches.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to drive growth strategies.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings to discuss challenges and brainstorm
- Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and business operations.
- Experience in CRM management and sales data tracking is a plus.
- Comfortable with phone calls, coaching, and data organization.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM software (preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
