Our Inside Sales Team is expanding and we're looking for talent that's driven and ready to leverage their sales experience and make a lot of money! This opportunity offers a chance to jump into a growing company at the right time! We offer the opportunity to start with a guaranteed base salary of $75,000. The potential to earn is limitless with a generous commission structure that pays you for new business from the start. We also provide our Inside Sales Team with support teams to help manage accounts and supplement your prospecting efforts through an appointment setter team.

Our Inside Sales Team is expanding and we're looking for talent that's driven and ready to leverage their sales experience and make a lot of money! This opportunity offers a chance to jump into a growing company at the right time! We offer the opportunity to start with a guaranteed base salary of $75,000. The potential to earn is limitless with a generous commission structure that pays you for new business from the start. We also provide our Inside Sales Team with support teams to help manage accounts and supplement your prospecting efforts through an appointment setter team.
- This position is fully remote but requires you to be located in Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex.
- Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business.
- Build value-added relationships with prospects within assigned territory and develop new client accounts to increase revenue.
- Sustain a pipeline of suitable appointments and move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently through closing stages.
- Assist with and attend first implementation meeting for all new clients.
- Participate in ongoing weekly team meetings and sales training to continue to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of Planstin products and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Life and Health Insurance License is required. If a license has expired, we will require that you renew it within the first 60 days on the job.
