About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management with a focus on engineering projects and be well-versed in Agile methodologies. The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of innovative products, ensuring they meet market needs and business objectives.

What you'll do

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.

Product Development:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to
• bring the product from concept to launch.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams through the entire product development lifecycle.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the product maintains a competitive edge.
  Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal teams, stakeholders, and executives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

Performance Metrics:

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the product's performance against these metrics.
• Analyze data and feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvement.

Customer Focus:

• Gather and prioritize customer feedback through various channels.
• Advocate for the customer and ensure the product meets their needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of technology and ability to work closely with technical teams.
  Preferred Skills:
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Product Owner).
• Experience with product management tools and platforms.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field required.
• Master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 4 years of product or project development experience
