About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management with a focus on engineering projects and be well-versed in Agile methodologies. The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of innovative products, ensuring they meet market needs and business objectives.
What you'll do
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
Product Development:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to
- bring the product from concept to launch.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams through the entire product development lifecycle.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Stakeholder Communication: - Communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal teams, stakeholders, and executives.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
- Strong project management skills.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 140,000 USD per year(STG)
