Power BI Specialist
PlanStreet Inc. - Lexington, Kentucky (On-Site)
PlanStreet is looking to hire an onsite Power BI specialist for our Customer Success team based in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will be a system analyst responsible for PlanStreet case management software setup, configuration, data mapping, integration requirement gathering, reports creation, and data transformation in Power BI for our customers. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and software engineering teams.
Role Description: The role requires hands-on expert level experience using Power BI for complex reporting and dashboards and Power Automate for workflow approvals and alerts. Experience with data verification using SQL queries in Microsoft SQL server databases is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers design, architect, and implement PlanStreet.
- Data mapping, cleaning, and data import in SQL server databases.
- Configure reports in Power BI desktop and set up workflows in Power Automate.
- Write DAX and Power queries to transform data from multiple sources.
- Work with Customer Success Manager to define a scope and deliverables for a successful implementation.
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed through each successive project development stage.
- Work one-on-one with Nonprofit and Public sector clients.
- Maintain a competitive market knowledge.
