Overview:
Certified Public Accounting firm, providing tax advisory, accounting, and consulting services to clients throughout the southeast United States, seeks an Administrative Assistant | Receptionist for its Plant City office location.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and preparing finalized client documents
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Answering and screening phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized
- This is a full-time position. Expected work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
