Summary
We are seeking a Part-time Floater to join our dynamic team at Plant City Early Learning Academy. This role is essential for providing support across various classrooms, ensuring a consistent and enriching learning environment for our young learners.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily activities and routines
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
- Provide support during snack, lunch, and rest times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Step into various classrooms with confidence and a positive attitude
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
- Help with light cleaning and prep work as needed
- Follow all licensing regulations and school policies
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain DCF 45 hours.
- Experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Creative approach to engaging children in learning activities.
