Role Description
We are redefining the potato industry and preparing to launch an exciting direct-to-consumer brand. As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you won’t just be supporting the team—you’ll be at the heart of our growth, working directly with our Chief Sales Officer to shape our marketing strategies, sales operations, and customer experience. This entry-level role is an incredible opportunity for a motivated recent graduate with some experience in marketing, sales, or customer service to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup. You’ll be exposed to and support the full sales process, contribute to brand development, and work in a collaborative, innovative environment that values accountability, a growth mindset, and teamwork.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to support both internal teams and customer interactions.
Adaptability: Flexible mindset with the ability to pivot between marketing, sales, and administrative tasks as business needs change.

Salary: $50,000
Bonus: 10% discretionary bonus potential

This position is based in Atlanta and will begin as a remote role, eventually transitioning into a hybrid work model within an office in Atlanta.
