The Staff Accountant performs a variety of administrative and clerical work, assisting with the completion of routine accounting processes and providing support to the accounting department.
Responsibilities
Hybrid (Florence, KY - 3 days per week)

Position Overview
The Staff Accountant performs a variety of administrative and clerical work, assisting with the completion of routine accounting processes and providing support to the accounting department.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: A/P invoice processing and reconciliations through a recently implemented Purchase Order platform, credit memo and payment application, generation of remittance reports.
- Accounts Receivable: Processing customer payments, applying credit memos, account reconciliations, etc.
- Other transactional work, such as: posting expense reports, credit card expense transactions, and journal entries.
- Performing basic administrative tasks, such as processing mail and completing credit applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Relevant work experience (Preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks Online.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- $55,000 - $60,000 annual base salary depending on experience and skill set.
- Up to 10% discretionary bonus.
