Duties
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of products within assigned retail locations.
- Organize and execute product displays to enhance visibility and sales potential.
- Communicate with store management regarding inventory needs and product promotions.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support related to merchandising activities, including reporting on stock levels and sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects to optimize product placement and store layout.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage inventory efficiently, ensuring products are stocked appropriately.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences is a plus.
