Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified individual to lead a landscape maintenance crew. Must be able to drive a truck with a trailer. All the jobs are commercial and require a person who can lead a crew and can communicate with the supervisor on any and all issues that require the company to be aware of. Must be able to pay attention to detail.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and tree care.
- Lead a team of maintenane technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure best practices are followed.
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of projects to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall project goals and timelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and tree care practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary for transportation to various job sites.
