We're helping our client, a thriving childcare and preschool center in Chicago hire several Childcare Providers and Childcare Teachers to help in their classrooms. With a variety of classes (from infant classes to 5-year-old classes), our Childcare Providers and Childcare Teachers provide a magical, enriching, and safe experience for kids.
Our client believes that fostering a nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported is essential for their overall development.
Beyond that, our client believes that work / life balance for their Childcare Providers and Teachers is essential as well. You'll never work longer than an 8 hour shift (unless you want to!), you'll get out at 6pm each evening, and you won't work holidays or weekends. Come enjoy a job that takes care of you just as well as you take care of the kids in your classroom.
What do we offer?
- Pay rate between $15-$20 / hr.
- Paid holidays and a few weeks of PTO per year.
- Health insurance stipend.
- Flexible schedule (4 / 10s, slightly less than full-time, etc.)
- Flexibility in classroom (we are open to placing you in the classroom w / the age group you feel most comfortable with).
