We’re seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our account management team. This entry-level role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to learn the ins and outs of advertising, client relations, and project coordination. You’ll assist in managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assist account managers in client communication, project tracking, and campaign execution.
• Help coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables between internal teams and clients.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and research to support client strategies.
• Monitor project deadlines, budgets, and ensure work is delivered on time.
• Maintain client records, documents, and status updates in project management tools.
• Support in brainstorming sessions, competitive research, and industry analysis.
• Provide general administrative support to the account team as needed.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Monday, Slack, etc).
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mentality.
• Passion for advertising, branding, and creative problem-solving.
