Electrical Site Supervisor – Electrical Installations

🔧 Job Overview:
We are hiring an Electrical Site Supervisor for an electrical installation upgrade at an existing cement plant. You will supervise contractors on site and ensure that all work meets safety, quality, and technical standards.
🛠 Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical/FO installations in MCCs and control rooms
- Supervise cabinet setups (server, UPS, communications), wire and fiber routing
- Coordinate cabling, FO fusion, terminations, and documentation
- Act as on-site liaison between contractors and customers
- Ensure compliance with UL, ANSI, FM, and safety standards
✅ Requirements:
- Experience with electrical, automation, and FO/UTP systems in the industry
- Strong background in site supervision
- Valid US visa/residence permit
- Good communication skills and ability to read and understand technical drawings
🎯 Preferred:
- Experience in the cement, mining, or process industry
- Knowledge of Schneider, Cat 6 cables, UPS systems, and industrial networks is an advantage
