At Plant Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily
warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who

critical role in managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high-

Essential Functions:
- Oversee daily fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order
processing.
- Facilitate daily huddles to communicate priorities, updates, and motivate the
team.
- Monitor and support staff to maintain high levels of performance and
engagement.
- Review and approve timecards in a timely manner.
- Coordinate material handling and ensure proper inventory movements.
- Conduct supply reviews and manage orders to maintain stock levels.
- Adjust product locations based on marketing calendars to optimize workflows.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new and agency staff, supporting their
integration into the team.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meeting with staff to provide coaching, mentorship, and
performance feedback.
- Train and develop team members to strengthen skills and prepare them for future
roles.
- Fulfillment accuracy and efficiency (e.g., orders picked and packed per hour).
- Timeliness and quality of updates to SOPs and operational bulletins.
- Positive employee engagement and retention.
Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to SOP creation or operational workflows.
- Leadership or mentorship experience, even in informal capacities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to Lift up to 30-40 lbs. consistently and stock over head
- Ability to Climb Stairs carrying boxes up to 30-40 lbs.
- Ability to bend, kneel and squat frequently
