RESTAURANT LEADER
Restaurant Leaders at PLANTA partner with the Executive Restaurant Leaders to guide the Front of House team in efficiently managing daily operations and finances. This role involves maintaining high service standards, fostering a positive culture for both guests and employees, and positioning Planta as a leader in plant-based dining and exceptional guest experiences.
As a senior leader position in the company, this role acts as a champion of PLANTA’s core values and sets the standard for hard work and dedication. Restaurant Leaders collaborate with teams across PLANTA’s leadership to drive business results, helping to achieve both short-and-long-term growth goals for the company.
