Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors and work surfaces.
- Help with food handling tasks as needed, ensuring proper hygiene practices are followed.
- Support catering and banquet operations by managing dishware during events.
- Buss tables as necessary to ensure a tidy dining environment for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
