Job Summary

• We are looking for a Highly motivated individual to join our team. Applicants must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Physical strength and endurance to lift at least 50 pounds, walk, bend, climb, stretch, reach on a sustained basis.
• Golf course irrigation and pesticide spraying experience a major plus.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions and communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Availability during emergency situations such as a power failure or hurricane.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Good time management skills.
• Willingness to work as a team member and work well and respectfully with other employees.
• Reliability, tact and diplomacy.
• Sound judgment and follow through.
• Willingness to take direction and accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
All labor maintenance work which does not require a licensed professional or the expertise of an outside vendor: this includes, but is not necessarily limited to, electrical, working outdoors and other miscellaneous building equipment.Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions of the above and communicate the same to the maintenance facility manager
Ability to exercise discretion identifying projects which require the services of an outside contractor, and properly report these needs to the facility manager.
Update required work logs on a timely basis.
Observe and properly report and/or communicate the observations made during daily property inspections to the facility manager.
Represent the Company professionally in every interaction with co-workers, management, tenants and outside vendors.
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work assignments.
Perform safety practices and procedures at all times.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and being responsible for setting priorities to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintenance of a clean, safe and orderly work environment.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work requires mobility, speech and hearing ability to interact with tenants and vendors. Work may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, stretching, reaching, working outdoors with exposure to the sun and heat, working indoors with exposure to light dirt and dust and cleaning agents.
