As a Server at Mulligan’s Irish Pub, your responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting and seating guests, creating a welcoming environment.
- Accurately taking and submitting food and drink orders.
- Ensuring prompt, courteous service throughout the dining experience.
- Handling payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
Fast Track Opportunity: Experienced bartenders have the chance to fast-track to bartending positions. We also offer opportunities for pub staff to assist with banquets, events, and the Beverage Cart.
Responsibilities for Servers:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders.
- Provide timely, attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Process payments via the Aloha POS system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
