Plante Moran seeks in Southfield, MI to professionally develop and mentor project managers through coaching, feedback and performance management. Develop, refine and implement the team structure to best support the goals of the Firm. Assist with the portfolio planning, management and operations ensuring the reliability, stability and integrity of Project methodology. Guide staff on procedures, technical issues, work priorities, and special requests. Maintain expertise in multiple delivery models that blend internal team and vendor partner deliver models. Discover training needs and provide coaching, delegate tasks and set deadlines. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in a related position.
