Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing or supervising client engagements from the beginning to completion - including tax compliance, planning, and consulting projects for private equity funded partnerships and public companies in the energy industry
- Developing and training senior tax accountants with on-the-job experience
- Tax research and consultations regarding client transactions and restructuring
- Building relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5 years recent experience in public accounting
- CPA or Bar License Required
- Strong technical skills with public accounting experience focused in taxes for private equity funded partnerships and public companies in the energy industry
- Experience in M&A transactions or someone actively seeking to gain experience in transaction opportunities.
- Oil & Gas experience a plus
- ASC 740 & public company experience a plus
