Landscape Management Enhancement Supervisor
Salary range between $22 and $30 per hour.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

You will be responsible for performing daily activities and supervising a small crew in the field of landscape. The Enhancement Supervisor is responsible for completing activities of a high quality to enhance the functional and/or aesthetic value of the landscape in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Directly reports to Landscape Management Operations Manager regarding all matters including but not limited to progress, issues and logistical requirements
Plan reading, take-offs, horticultural knowledge, operation of small and heavy machinery, vehicle maintenance
Manage/coordinate installation job schedules and scheduling of personnel in conjunction with Landscape Management Account Manager and/or Sales staff
Directs all activities on jobsite
Manage crew of laborers, ensuring their craftmanship is performed at the highest level of quality and efficiency
On-site point of contact for Home Owner, Account Manager, Sales Staff, Architect, Subcontractor and Vendors
Training and Development of subordinates on best practices and company standards
Ensure preventive and post-maintenance of tools and equipment
Accurately track and record job expenses and hours
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite and truck at all times
Requirements:
College Certificate or Degree in Horticulture preferred
Driver’s license, with a clean driving record. CDL a plus.
Previous landscape experience (2 years) and/or willingness to learn and perform tasks of the landscape trade in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of plant materials and horticultural practices
Highly motivated individual, detail oriented
Strong English skills required, Spanish preferred
Be available for seasonal long hours and weekends as necessary
Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and backgrounds
Able to work outside in a rigorous environment, lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis, perform repeated bending and lifting activities throughout the workday
