Project Estimator
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
Position based in Sykesville, MD
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

As an Estimator, you will assist the Landscape Installation Sales team with the Estimating process and the Landscape Installation Division staff with tasks that will improve the efficiency of the Division as a whole. Most tasks will be assigned by the Sales staff.

As an Estimator, you will assist the Landscape Installation Sales team with the Estimating process and the Landscape Installation Division staff with tasks that will improve the efficiency of the Division as a whole. Most tasks will be assigned by the Sales staff.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects
- Understand entire scope of project/Estimate
- Complete Take-Offs
- Data entry of estimate
- Attend site meetings with LA to develop Estimate/Bid
- Identify and request proposals for ALL subcontracted work
- Manage bids from all vendors/subs
- Prepare sub-agreements
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and Subs
- Permitting
- Highly motivated individual, self-driven and detail oriented
- Experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LMN or Aspire Green Industry estimating software and other office administrative software
- 3-5 years field experience within the Green Industry
- Organized and the ability to prioritize
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
