Warehouse Associate Lead

The Warehouse Associate Lead will be responsible for supporting all warehouse functions on a day-to-day basis, ensuring orders and shipments occur properly and timely, general maintenance, and stocking of supplies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a high degree of adaptability who works well in a fast-paced evolving environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support functions of warehouse operations and fulfillment, such as:

-Pick, pack, and ship online orders daily for direct to consumer and retail customers

-Assist with inventory cycle counts

-Supplies auditing and tracking

-Returns processing

-Work cross-functionally with the Warehouse Manager as secondary/back up in the event of their absence to ensure supervision over Warehouse Associates and all fulfillment functions stay operating

• Sales tools assembly
• Report low inventory, stock outages and/or discrepancies to direct supervisor
• Perform heavy lifting and moving of products, including load and unload materials from trucks

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

• This position will report to the Warehouse Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of experience in warehouse and fulfillment settings
• 2 years of experience with ShipStation, Shopify, and Inventory Management Systems preferred
• Ability to work with a nimble and energetic team and independently as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction and overall process improvement
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This position requires a highly motivated individual who strives to provide inventory support services and support the internal team for overall success. The individual will embrace the core values of the organization by approaching the day with a sense of urgency and accountability (both individually and peer-to-peer) while taking the initiative to drive continuous improvement through clear, concise, and consistent communication. A key indicator of success will be the ability to ensure the business has accurate data in which to make key business decisions regarding our largest asset, inventory.

SHIFT:

Full-Time

Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM with the ability to work additional hours and weekends when needed

$23 - $25 per hour (BOE)

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
