What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrichment Instructor position at Planting Seeds Academic Solutions?

We are currently looking for dedicated and energetic instructors for Elementary enrichment classes located in the Round Rock TX with the ability to start ASAP.
Don’t have classroom experience? Not a problem. We will be providing curriculum and training workshops on classroom management, setting expectations, and ways to build rapport for instructors who may need additional support.
This position may be best for folks looking for a supplemental income, as hours can range anywhere from 12-16 per week depending on scheduling and enrollment. We do have additional opportunities within the company to work as a tutor for in-person and/or online sessions. If this is something you’re interested in, please let us know. We are happy to add you to our Tutoring team on an as needed basis.

Job Duties:
- Facilitate group enrichment classes and assist students in targeted subject areas
- Contribute to a friendly and productive classroom environment
- Model and promote a growth mindset and encourage a collaborative learning environment
- Create and manage resources
- Commute to schools within the Round Rock TX area
- Meet regularly with the supervisor
- Host workshops on selected topics
Requirements:
- Must be living in the area where classes are held
- Experience with children is preferred, but not required
- Must have own transportation
- Experienced in enrichment topics (preferred)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $25.00
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday - 9:00AM to 3:30PM CST
