Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote childhood development.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all students.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and support staff to address the individual needs of children.
- Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers and staff members in the classroom.
Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
- Knowledge of early intervention techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Proficient in classroom management techniques that foster a productive learning environment.
