IQMS/IT Specialist Job Opening!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IQMS Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IQMS Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training and support to end-users of our IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System) software. Your expertise in IQMS functionalities and your ability to effectively communicate complex concepts will be crucial in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of the system by our employees.

Responsibilities:

Conduct IQMS Training Sessions: Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops to end-users, including new hires and existing employees. Trainings will cover a range of topics related to IQMS software functionalities, features, and best practices.

Create Training Materials: Develop comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, training guides, presentations, and online resources, to support the training sessions and provide ongoing reference materials for end-users.

Customize Training Programs: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different departments and user groups within the organization. Modify training content and delivery methods as necessary to ensure maximum comprehension and knowledge retention.

Provide Technical Support: Serve as a point of contact for end-users, addressing questions, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on the effective use of the IQMS software. Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT or support teams, ensuring prompt resolution.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in IQMS software, industry trends, and best practices. Collaborate with the IQMS development to provide feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancement of the software's functionality and usability.

User Adoption Tracking: Monitor the progress of end-users in adopting the IQMS software. Track and report on training metrics, user feedback, and system utilization rates. Identify areas of low adoption and develop strategies to improve user engagement and system integration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT professionals, project managers, and department heads, to ensure smooth implementation and integration of the IQMS software. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements, provide input on system configuration, and support change management initiatives with BOM’s.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IQMS Training Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IQMS software functionalities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address end-user inquiries and technical issues.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
