We are seeking a skilled Wirer/Electrical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reading and interpreting detailed electrical schematics and diagrams, along with experience in light fabrication and wiring.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, wire, and install electrical components according to detailed schematics.
- Perform light fabrication tasks as needed to support assembly processes.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical assemblies to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wiring and assembly of electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for light fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and codes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with soldering and crimping techniques.
- Familiarity with electronic testing equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
