Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement administrative policies ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee accounts payable / receivable and financial reporting in collaboration with external accountants.
- Manage payroll, vendor payments, and reconcile bank statements.
- Coordinate with external partners for tax filings and insurance coverage.
- Facilitate communications with investors, shareholders, and external stakeholders.
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, travel, and Board meeting logistics.
- Ensure accurate expense report processing and reimbursements.
