Description
SUMMARY :
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing and entering data for supplier and customer invoices. This individual will review, match and process supplier invoices for multiple companies. This individual must be able to handle a high volume of transactions efficiently and accurately and work well under tight deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Processes supplier invoices - PO related and non-PO
- Ensures correct approval, coding and matching of invoices / receipts. Identifies discrepancies and resolves prior to processing
- Scans documentation into M-Files software
- Reconciles supplier statements
- Processes agent commission invoices
- Assists with other finance data entry tasks
- Participates with projects as required
- Other duties as assigned
