Roles and Responsibilities in Environmental Health & Safety
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental health and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular EHS audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, recommending corrective actions to management.
- Champion proactive safety initiatives and provide training to team members to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS standards into all operational processes.
- Analyze EHS data to identify trends and propose continuous improvement strategies.
