General Labor Positions Available
Join Our Team at Plasman Fort Payne Manufacturing!
- Position: General Laborer in the automotive industry.
- Role: Support production and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Support team members in meeting production goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy materials.
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $16.58 per hour.
- Opportunity for advancement and/or a pay increase to $17.00 per hour after 3 months.
