Role Overview for Molding Setup Technician
As a Molding Setup Technician at Plasman, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient setup and operation of molding machinery. You will work closely with the production team to optimize processes and maintain high-quality standards in our manufacturing operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform setup and adjustment of molding machines in accordance with production specifications and schedules.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to molding machine performance or defects in the products.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of machine setups, parameter adjustments, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
