Job Posting : Process Technician - Paint
Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Technician to join our team in the paint department. This role is essential for maintaining quality standards and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote teamwork and a positive atmosphere at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure that power washers, sludge pits, and ovens operate within specified parameters; make necessary adjustments and record them accurately.
- Immediately report any deviations from specified conditions to the Paint Applications Manager.
- Assist other personnel as required.
- Identify and recommend maintenance needs for equipment.
- Optimize chemical usage throughout the paint system while adhering to quality requirements.
- Work safely with chemicals and solvents used in the paint system.
- Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Comply with Quality and Business Operating Systems, as well as all health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
