About the role
We are seeking a Client Services Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates with a background in biomedical sciences, a passion for solving problems, and a commitment to helping researchers succeed. You will play a critical role in supporting customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring sequencing processes to maintain the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing expert technical support for our sequencing services.
- Monitor sequencing process outputs and troubleshoot inconsistencies to ensure high-quality results.
- Collaborate with laboratory technicians, bioinformatics specialists, and software teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases.
- Assist with quality control checks to uphold operational standards.
- Provide feedback to improve workflows, documentation, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Experience in DNA sequencing, genomics, or molecular biology techniques is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and NGS data analysis is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is a plus.
