What you'll be doin

gWe are seeking an IT Admin to join our dynamic team in South San Francisco! In this role, you will be responsible for

:
1. Security and Complian

• ceLead and manage SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance efforts, including preparing for audits, maintaining evidence, and addressing gap
• s.Implement, monitor, and improve cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standard
• s.Perform risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to proactively identify and mitigate security risk
• s.Manage third-party risk assessments and ensure vendor compliance with security requirement
• s.Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with applicable framework

• onAdminister and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, cloud environments, and mobile devices (ranging from MacOS, Ubuntu Linux, to Window
• s)Manage identity and access control systems (e.g., SSO, MFA) to ensure secure user acces
• s.Oversee software updates, patch management, and system configurations to minimize vulnerabilities. Familiarity with RMM and MDM systems preferred (e.g., NinjaOne, Apple Business Essentials, Apple Business Manager
• ).Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and ensure smooth day-to-day operation

• reDesign, implement, and maintain networking solutions, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and Wi-Fi access point
