General Warehouse Associate

Position Overview:

Plastech Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at the Rush City facility.

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming materials/products, and storing them in designated areas using material moving/handling equipment.

You will also communicate with various departments to answer questions and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and processing incoming shipments
2. Operating material handling equipment to store materials
3. Communicating with other departments to resolve issues
4. Analyzing and interpreting business reports
5. Performing basic mathematical calculations

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Training and certification in safe operation of material handling equipment (motorized forklift) will be provided on-site
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business reports
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Abstract thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good judgment and understanding of authority scope
