Warehouse Role Overview
In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will receive and process incoming materials/products, and store them in designated areas.
Additionally, you will communicate with various departments to answer questions and resolve issues.
This position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports, as well as perform basic mathematical calculations.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Operating material handling equipment to store materials
- Communicating with other departments to resolve issues
- Analyzing and interpreting business reports
- Performing basic mathematical calculations
Requirements:
- Helpful to have previous warehouse experience, but not required
- Training and certification in safe operation of material handling equipment (motorized forklift) will be provided on-site
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business reports
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Abstract thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good judgment and understanding of authority scope
