What are the responsibilities and job description for the Molding Press Lead position at Plastech Corporation?
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Operator to join our team at the Plastech Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of injection-molding presses and other manufacturing equipment.
In this role, you will oversee and assist machine operators, ensuring that product is being produced per the Quality Inspection Plan. You will also provide direction and assist operators during scheduled breaks.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in manufacturing and/or assembly line or related production, as well as proven leadership skills. You must also possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with available shifts including 7:00am to 3:30pm at $16.50 per hour and 3:00pm to 11:00pm at $17.50 per hour. External candidates receive a $500 bonus after 90 days of employment, provided performance and attendance requirements are met.
